Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or an upgrade to the next rate bracket—this will be confirmed before your treatment begins.

What is your satisfaction guarantee policy?
Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you feel uncomfortable with your therapist within the first 10 minutes of your treatment, please let us know—we’ll gladly assign another therapist, no questions asked.
To maintain fairness and minimise misuse, we allow up to two therapist changes per session. If you're still not satisfied after the second change within the 10-minute window, we’ll respectfully offer a full refund.
We encourage you to speak up early—we want you to leave Nim Thai feeling cared for and completely satisfied.
Can I choose my preferred therapist?
Absolutely! You're welcome to request your preferred therapist. However, please note that we operate on a turn-by-turn appointment system. This means you may need to be flexible with your booking time to accommodate specific requests.

Do you offer couple’s massages?
Yes! We have two dedicated couple’s rooms for friends, partners, or family members who wish to enjoy a massage together. Please request this at the time of booking.

Why do evening treatments after 8 PM cost more?
Our evening hours are designed to offer flexible care for those needing support outside the usual schedule. The night rate reflects the added cost of providing a safe and supportive working environment for our staff, including transportation home after late shifts.
What are your opening hours and do you offer late night massage?
We’re open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
After Hours Massage Treatment is available from 8:00 PM by appointment, for clients needing after-hours care or urgent therapeutic relief. Advanced booking is essential.
